Add your payout details in your host dashboard under Payment Settings. Once a guest checks in, your payout is released to your chosen method — bank transfer or supported e-wallet.
Open the booking from your dashboard and select “Cancel Reservation.” Any refund to the guest will be calculated automatically based on the cancellation policy attached to that listing.
